Open Profile, scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Send us a message through our Contact Us page, using the email address you signed up with, and write "Delete my account" in your message. We will confirm by email once it is done.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Please cancel it first in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. A Premium Yearly membership bought on our website is cancelled automatically when you delete your account, so you will not be charged again.
Your profile, birth details, charts, interpretations, saved moments and reports. Your account is closed straight away and all of this is permanently removed within 30 days.
A record of past payments (amount, date and product, without your name or email) as required for our accounts.
